Structurally v1.1 Update

The splitting bubble concept is there, as well as the multipliers. Now you actually have a reason to generate more bubbles, rather than just playing with one single bubble the entire time, because that's boring. 

Fixed the speed of the player fish, because it was waaayyyy too slow. 

Rotating thing still don't work, working in progress.
